Each candidate is scored on each step of the interviewing process, from their resume to the final behavioral interview, with the video interview being a vital part of the process. InterviewStream is an integral part of the services we offer participants. It is actually a requirement if a participant wants to go on for training or even receive Career Counseling. We have 3 Levels of Service available at CareerLink for participants. Level I consists of Orientation, Resume/Application Writing and Interview Skills Workshops, Level II consists of KeyTrain Assessment Testing and Interview Stream with Case Management appointments and Level III is training with job search documentation. So far the feedback that I have received from participants has all been positive. They really like the idea that they can keep practicing their interviewing skills with InterviewStream.

I am very impressed with the improved services that have been added to the site. It has been very beneficial for our students to the point of where the business division has made it a requirement for their senior students.

InterviewStream streamlined our career center's mock interview program. Finally, we can facilitate mock interviews for professors without having hundreds of students overload our small staff of counselors. Also, since we have a large commuter population, the flexibility for students to email their interview link to their professor or counselor after they've done a mock at home has helped us work with students we otherwise could not have reached.

I have used InterviewStream since it became available on the Clemson campus 4 years ago.
