Using a webcam in a Right Management office or from the privacy of their home, candidates record a simulated interview or presentation, play back the recording to see and hear their responses to selected questions and assess the quality of verbal and non-verbal behavior. Individuals then work one-on-one with a career consultant and receive feedback and coaching to develop and enhance communication and presentation skills. This approach allows career consultants to work closely with candidates remotely.
