InterviewStream's Video Virtual Career Fair enables Workforce Boards, College Consortiums,
Employers, and Associations to provide an easy to use online career fair environment
that is integrated with online video interviewing. In addition, since the career
fairs do not require an employer or job seeker to show up online and interact for
a limited period of time, all participants can take part when it's convenient for
