As the Implementation Manager, you will create a set of repeatable and scalable processes that can be used for our client base throughout their implementation process. You will build authentic client relationships, quickly establishing yourself as that trusted business partner with your industry expertise and solutions driven approach as you manage the client implementation process. The Implementation Manager needs to have a natural curiosity for people, an entrepreneurial mindset, and be obsessed with detail. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and have the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create a scalable new-client onboarding process for each product
  • Engage in Stage 4 of the sales cycle by working with Business Development to set expectations with every client in their implementation process by gathering needs and establishing a timeline, outlining Key Performance Indicators for the implementation process
  • Define, run and deliver product training necessary for the customer’s successful launch of interviewstream platforms
  • Set goals and key milestones for the on-boarding process with each account and proactively communicate if goals are missed or shifted throughout the process with the account team
  • Gather client goals and objectives and clearly communicate to the Client Success team for future client business reviews
  • Track client satisfaction after implementation using NPS scoring
  • Support additional existing client training requests as needed
  • Develop HR technology, video interviewing, and customer industry knowledge
  • Represent interviewstream with integrity, maintain an established reputation for being highly connected, consultative, and knowledgeable

Required Education and Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant professional experience
  • Experience in a client facing role with B2B SaaS organizations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills combined with very strong presentation skills
  • Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Pardot
