Regional Sales Manager (Chicago, IL)

You will use your consultative selling experience to quickly discover the client’s needs and define the appropriate solution that will increase the recruitment team’s performance. You will build authentic client relationships, quickly establishing yourself as that trusted business partner with your industry expertise and solutions driven approach. You must have a natural curiosity for people, an entrepreneurial mindset, and drive to generate new sales opportunities. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, thrive in a collaborative team-selling environment, and the desire to exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. You will leverage your network of existing and new business professionals and partners to generate and drive new business opportunities. You will have strong prospecting, lead generation, and sales capabilities required to create, progress and close opportunities with executives within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Operations.

The Regional Sales Managers key responsibilities include:

  • Represent interviewstream with integrity, maintain an established reputation for being highly connected, consultative, and knowledgeable
  • Meet and/or exceed established performance metrics for prospecting, sales presentations, and proposals to build an active and growing new business pipeline
  • Lead the entire sales cycle bringing in the necessary resources to move deals forward and consistently close sales
  • Be well-versed in sales methodologies and concurrently manage 15-20 opportunities with 3-6-month sales cycles
  • Develop HR technology, video interviewing, and customer industry knowledge
  • Present ROI – financial based selling solutions to executive level prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain an effective sales and marketing plan for your assigned territory
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual new logos and revenue
  • Manage your portfolio of sales opportunities in Salesforce and other business systems


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ professional experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills combined with very strong presentation skills
  • Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Pardot
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
