ERE HONORS INTERVIEWSTREAM CLIENT SODEXO AS RECRUITING DEPARTMENT OF THE YEAR

InterviewStream client Sodexo was recognized Tuesday at the 2013 ERE Recruiting Conference & Expo as the Recruiting Department of the Year.

The award honors the most unique and innovative approaches to recruiting, highlighting Sodexo’s use of social media and other technology to locate talent and manage relationships with prospective employees. Since 2010, Sodexo has utilized InterviewStream’s groundbreaking pre-recorded and live online video interviewing solutions to identify and pre-screen a larger number of candidates, at a lower cost and faster rate than traditional methods.

According to Sodexo, by adopting such innovative approaches to recruiting, the company has reduced annual advertising costs by $300,000 and cut their cost-per-hire to less than half of the industry average.
