Cracker Barrel Old Country Store’s recruiting team needed to keep up with local hiring needs for store management positions. While they were using a competitive solution, that system was not as simple or efficient and did not integrate with iCIMS, their Applicant Tracking System.

Their team needed a more efficient way to schedule interviews and meet with candidates as their scheduling took too long and the screening process took at least 30+ minutes per candidate.
