CLIENT CHALLENGE

Hudson RPO was searching for a tool to automate interview scheduling with the goal of reducing administrative costs and providing a better hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The benefits of a scheduling tool became even more evident when one of their key clients, EnergyAustralia, requested an urgent and business-critical recruitment project requiring 40 new starters to be recruited and onboarded within four weeks.

Along with navigating the competitive market, Hudson RPO had to ensure efficient and automated processes were in place in order to deliver superior candidate and hiring manager experiences on such a tight timetable.
