Webinar: Building a Career Services Strategy

While many young people are outgoing and comfortable communicating with their peers, they don’t always understand the different expectations between communicating in a professional environment and in more informal settings.

This presentation will cover some of the ways that guest panelist Carol Crosby, Assistant Director of Career Services at Bridgewater State University, has developed her university’s soft skills program. Through a comprehensive audit of their existing program, Carol has formulated a strategy to address some of the common pitfalls of the career services office to be able to serve a broader range of students.

Carol has 14 years of experience advising undergraduate, graduate students and alumni in college and university settings. Additionally, she will be presenting at the 2015 NACE Conference in Anaheim.
