Extraco Banks celebrated 115 years and three generations of family management in 2017.

CLIENT CHALLENGE

The biggest challenge Extraco Banks had in their hiring process was the amount of time it took to pre-screen candidates. They had a selection team of three people who were responsible for conducting multiple interviews with the candidates, spending an hour on the phone with each candidate pre-screening. The entire hiring process took an average of 10 to 12 weeks and they wanted to reduce time-to-hire.
