THE CLIENT

The East Baton Rouge Parish School System (EBR), the 2nd largest district in the state of Louisiana with 80 schools and over 6,000 employees, was initially looking for a way to streamline and standardize their interview screening process within their current Frontline Recruiting and Hiring solution.


EBR strives to be the cornerstone of their community as a premier educational institution by inspiring, cultivating and producing a modern workforce prepared to create a robust and thriving economy.

CLIENT CHALLENGE

The East Baton Rouge Parish School System were looking to reduce the amount of time spent on each interview in the hiring process. In particular, the EBR team was spending too much time on first-round interviews (30-45 minutes) and were unable to record and share them with their hiring team.

 
EBR was also looking for a tool that could be used internally and externally to brand and reinforce who they really are – a diverse school system that is a community with the opportunity to work with talented group of educators and with peer groups to develop additional skills, degrees and certifications through their Teacher Pathway Program.
