Our story
Our founders struggled with inefficiencies in the hiring process of their prior company. They were growing quickly and needed to hire great people, but they couldn’t keep up with the thousands of job applications they received every week. Good candidates were slipping through the cracks while much of their time was spent scheduling interviews and interviewing unqualified candidates. So they created interviewstream to solve that problem.
