Introducing InterviewStream KnowledgeBase: Your New Training, Content and Support Hub

We are excited to announce that the InterviewStream KnowledgeBase is now live! This brand new website offers user guides, how-to videos, support content, webinar registration and access to our client success teams. This is your one stop shop for all of your platform FAQs at all user and admin levels.

How do I access it?

From your dashboard: Navigate to the toolbar at the top of your dashboard, look for the new training and support tab and follow the link.

From your browser: Visit this link.

How do I use it to access content?

Type in any keyword to locate the content of your choice. You may view the content in your browser or download it for later use (if applicable).

Can I sign up for live training?

Yes! This site will allow you to sign up for group webinars and spotlight webinars that are available. These webinars are geared towards refreshing platform knowledge and best practices. Please note that signups for 1-to-1 training are not available through this portal.

Can I access technical support if I still have a question?

Absolutely! Simply access the support form to automatically enter a ticket into our ticketing system. A Support representative will follow up with you shortly.
