The East Baton Rouge Parish School District is a large public school district in Baton Rouge, the second largest in Louisiana. The district contains approximately 41,000 students, 3,300 teachers, and 79 schools. These schools include 49 elementary schools, 16 middle schools, and 14 high schools.

CLIENT CHALLENGE

The East Baton Rouge Parish School District spent an average of 30 to 45 minutes per candidate on first-round interviews, which they were unable to record or share with their entire hiring team. The district needed to find a way to streamline and standardize their interview process to reduce the amount of time spent on each interview.

The school district also needed an effective way to interview dozens of teacher candidates for their Teacher of the Year award.
