Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) is a privately held company founded in 1927 after Milton S. Hershey separated his chocolate manufacturing operations from other business categories under the Hershey name. HE&R manages and operates entertainment, resorts, spas, and restaurants including Hersheypark and The Hotel Hershey, and MeltSpa by Hershey. The company’s team members live by its Core Values:

CLIENT CHALLENGE

  • HE&R needed a tool that would promote efficiency in the process of interviewing and referring candidates.
  • The tool needed to improve the candidate experience by allowing candidates to more effectively present themselves.
  • Finally, the HE&R team needed additional control over sharing talent across the company and passing qualified candidates to hiring managers for high volume roles.

CLIENT RESULTS

HE&R began using interviewstream in 2016 and has since integrated on demand one way video interviewing into their applicant tracking system.
