The Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation (JHHS) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality patient health care in the treatment and prevention of human illness. JHHS is an academically based health system consisting of:

CLIENT CHALLENGE

  • JHHS was looking for a solution to help expedite their screening processes for nurses and hospital administrative staff through more efficient screening and stronger scheduling tools.
  • One key criteria was that the tool had to have a strong integration with their Applicant Tracking System, SAP SuccessFactors, and federation with Microsoft Office/O365.
  • JHHS started using interviewstream’s interviewing software in 2018 at Suburban Hospital and has since adopted the platform at every Johns Hopkins Health System location.
