The Business Development Representative will be motivated, high performing individuals who love to work in a competitive and fun environment. You will work closely with sales and marketing to create new opportunities and drive revenue through research and lead qualification. Your key goal will be to set quality meetings for our new business sales team. You must be self-motivated with a competitive “get it done” attitude. You need to really dig hard work and be motivated to advance to the next level of sales. Your work ethic must be exceptional, and you will need to thrive in a collaborative team-selling environment.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Work with marketing and sales leadership team to build new business pipeline and have a high level of responsiveness to all internal and external communications
  • Research, target and engage with prospects in our key verticals through cold calling with targeted multi-touch industry-specific campaigns
  • Outbound calls of 80-100 per day resulting in at least 5+ initial sales meetings per week
  • Create “first face to the client” interaction through clear articulation of our value proposition and translation of the powerful impact our solutions can have on their organization
  • Seek out continuous feedback, improvement, and opportunities for development in sales and business skills


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build client rapport
  • High level of organization organized with a disciplined approach to daily activity planning and goal setting/achievement
  • Good at learning a new industry and process
  • Deep curiosity about how businesses are operating, and interviews are happening in today’s environment
  • Flexibility and ability to work both independently and as a part of a collaborative team structure
  • Strong resilience, energy, drive and excitement about a future career in sales
