Northwest Independent School District is a North Texas public school district based in Fort Worth, Texas. The district contains a total of 28 schools, including 18 elementary schools, six middle schools, and four high schools. Northwest Independent School District employs 7,500 people.

As one of Texas’ fastest-growing public school districts, Northwest Independent School District was faced with a constant demand for quality teachers. The district averaged 500 to 700 applicants per teaching position and needed a better system to screen a large number of applicants in a short amount of time.
