Bealls, Inc. is a retail corporation with over 500 retail stores and 14,500 employees across the southern and eastern United States. Since its beginnings in 1915, Bealls has grown to be one of the largest private companies in Florida. The company is headquartered in Bradenton, Florida and owns three retail chains.

Bealls was faced with the challenge of assisting all of its companies, departments and managers in recruiting, screening, and hiring candidates. The retail company typically interviewed about 15 candidates over a 90-day period.
